RESIDENCE PERMIT FEES

According to Law No. 210 on Valuable Papers (Değerli Kâğıtlar Kanunu), the residence permit card (ikamet kimlik kartı) in Türkiye is classified as a valuable document. ➤ Its cost is determined annually by the Ministry of Finance and is mandatory for all foreign nationals. No exemptions are provided.

LEGAL BASIS

According to Law No. 210 on Valuable Papers (Değerli Kâğıtlar Kanunu), the residence permit card (ikamet kimlik kartı) in Türkiye is classified as a valuable document.
➤ Its cost is determined annually by the Ministry of Finance and is mandatory for all foreign nationals. No exemptions are provided.


   FEES APPLICABLE IN 2025
As stated in the Official Gazette No. 32769 dated December 31, 2024:

    Residence Permit Card Fee:
▪ 810.00 Turkish Lira (TRY)


    RESIDENCE PERMIT FEES
In addition to the card fee, a residence permit fee is charged based on the applicant’s nationality:

For citizens of Russia:
▪ First month: $7
▪ Each additional month: $1.5

For citizens of Belarus and Belgium:
▪ First month: $9
▪ Each additional month: $2.5

For citizens of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Ukraine:
▪ First month: $25
▪ Each additional month: $5


❗ IMPORTANT NOTE:
These amounts apply only to the residence permit fee and do not include the cost of the residence card itself. Both fees must be paid separately.
