Keeping Your Maiden Name
– If you wish to keep your maiden name, you can apply for a double surname.
– This application must be submitted at the time of registering the marriage.
– It is not possible to keep only the maiden name.
( This option was available until 2023 but has since been removed by law. It is no longer allowed.)
