How to Register on e-Devlet
Eligibility:
✅ Foreigners with a residence permit (İkamet) or Turkish citizenship (Kimlik).
Minimum age: 15 years.
Where to Register:
- Official website: www.turkiye.gov.tr
- Mobile app: Available on App Store / Google Play
Required Documents:
- Kimlik (Turkish citizenship) or İkamet (valid residence permit)
- Turkish mobile number (SIM card from a local operator)
- e-Devlet şifresi (unique login password)
How to Obtain the e-Devlet Password:
1. Visit the nearest Turkish Post (PTT) office.
2. Request an "e-Devlet şifresi" from the staff, who will guide you to the appropriate counter.
3. Bring your passport and phone with a Turkish number. You will receive an SMS with a code.
4. Choose whether you want to receive the password via SMS or in a paper envelope.
5. Once you receive the password, log in to the system, change it to your personal one, and start using e-Devlet!
